EXPERIENCE
A graduate in Civil Engineering, Dato’ Abdullah’s vast knowledge and rich experience in the construction industry is notable, as he has worked with consultants, developers and contractors throughout the development of various civil projects.
At the age of 26, Dato’ Abdullah paved his career path as a Site Engineer at Sri Termarolan Sdn. Bhd., taking up the responsibility in coordination and construction of municipal projects. He then resumed his role as a Site Manager at Tokyu Construction Sdn. Bhd., a Japanese turnkey contractor firm from 1990 to 1994. The drive to succeed has led Dato’ Abdullah to expand his skills through the development of factories in Melaka and Selangor.
Dato’ Abdullah eventually joined Contrac Sdn. Bhd., a HICOM subsidiary as an Assistant Manager. In 1996, he came on board with Prolink Development Sdn. Bhd. as a Project Manager and took up the responsibility of providing input for the overall development including feasibility study, planning, construction up to completion of Bandar Nusajaya at Gelang Patah, Johor. Bringing with him more than 30 years of working experience, Dato’ Abdullah is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Shiya Sdn. Bhd.

EXPERIENCE
A businesswoman with entrepreneur flair, she acquired a 22% equity in the company and together with En Isnin, bought over the controlling stake in 2012. Initially, she oversaw the overall finance and administration of the company.Under her visionary leadership, the company grew into respectful and profitable construction and property development company. In 2018, she relinquished her executive role after bringing in professional management to run the day to day operation of the company but remain in the board of directors.

EXPERIENCE
As a holder of the Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from UTM, he possesses extensive knowledge and has involved in the building and construction industry for many years. As an Executive Director of Shiya Sdn. Bhd., he is responsible to coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure the progress of each project was followed tightly with the working schedule.
He started his career in 1998 as Project Engineer with responsibilities in preparation and negotiation of tenders, contract administrations, planning and coordination of projects. He also was a Traffic Engineer which is involved in preparation of Traffic Impact Assessment Report, Traffic Studies and Transport Planning, and involved in Local and Structural Plan as well.
Over the years, he advanced his career as Project Manager in 2003 with skill and knowledge in coordination of overall projects with the clients, consultants and local authorities.
With his more than 20 years of skills and experiences, En. Mohd Isnin currently is the Executive Director of Shiya Sdn. Bhd. and has successfully completed various projects undertaken by the Company.

Mr. Chow Hung Keey is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). He was an associate in the audit department at KPMG Malaysia in 2010 before joining one of Malaysia’s largest banks, CIMB, as a private financial advisor, advising on the accounts of selected high-net-worth clients in 2011. He was then promoted to Senior Relationship Manager in 2012. He is a member of AICB & ACCA.
He was the Executive Director for Inix Technologies Holdings Berhad from 2012 to 2015. He was the Non-Executive Director for APFT Bhd from 2017 to 2018. He was also the Non-Executive Director for SMTRACK Bhd from 2015 to 2019.

EXPERIENCE
As a graduate from the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus in BA (Hons) Finance, Accounting and Management in Year 2010, Ms. Aw joined Yeo & Associates as an audit assistant, while completed all papers for CIMA and MSc in Finance, Accounting and Management. during the said period. She moved on as an audit associate with one of the Big Four, KPMG Johor Bahru, in Year 2012 and was promoted to Assistant Audit Manager in year 2015.
She subsequently ventured into Precast Concrete Manufacturing line with SPC Industries Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Manager in year 2015 and joining the Top 10 Developer in Malaysia, Eco World, in year 2018 as Finance Manager. She is a member of Charted Management Accountant (from CIMA) and Chartered Accountant (from MIA) since year 2017.
Accumulating more than 3 years of audit experience and about 5 years commercial and developer, she has accumulated not only knowledge in accounts and taxation but also developed her interpersonal and management skills. Currently, Ms. Aw Fang Yee is the Financial Controller of Shiya Sdn. Bhd.

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ng Puay Tiong is a member of Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia since 1993. He is also a Member of Chartered Institute of Building from 1989 to 1995. He started his career as QS assistant in KPK Quantity Surveyors Semenanjung Sdn Bhd for 4 years before joining Panoramic Housing Development Sdn Bhd for 3 years. In 1991, he joined Permas Jaya Sdn Bhd and become the head of contract department for the development of Bandar Baru Permas Jaya Township and also the Emerald Bay projects.
With his more than 30 years of skills and experiences and he also has a visionary leadership in order to help the company to become successful and continuously help the growth of the company.

Over the past 10 years of working experiences with property and construction company, he possesses various knowledge in technical of constructions with projects involved in high-rise buildings, landed houses, commodity complex, hospitals, infrastructures and now he is currently our Project Manager.

Over the years of knowledge and experiences, he now become our key person as Asst. HR & Admin Manager.
